The Aliso Niguel High School golf team competes in the Sea View League consisting of ANHS, Foothill HS, Irvine HS, Laguna Hills HS, Newport Harbor HS, and Woodbridge HS. Each team plays every other team twice during the season - once at home and one away.

Post-season play is organized by the Southern Section of California Interscholastic Federation (CIF).

In the school year beginning in 2006, the conferences will be re-aligned. Aliso Niguel will join Dana Hills, San Clemente, Mission Viejo, Capistrano Valley and Tesoro in the South Coast League.
