spot in the CIF/SCGA Southern California High School
Championship in Murrieta.

Sophomore Mark Jensma made the cut during the
CIF SS individual regional golf tournament at
Skylinks in Long Beach and will compete for the
Southern Section title on May 26 at the Hacienda
Golf Club in La Habra. Mark carded a 1-over 73.
 MISSION
VIEJO, CA -- May 7
-- Competing in his final
high school match, Senior Cameron MacDonald led all golfers
carding an
even par 36 to earn medalist as
the Wolverines put up a solid effort finishing just one stroke short
against Mission Viejo 198-199.
SAN CLEMENTE, CA --
May 5 -- The Wolverines
finished 3rd by one stroke at League Finals. San Clemente won the
tournament and finished first in league. Mark Jensma, Sammy Cole,
Cameron MacDonald and Nick Buscemi all qualified for the
second day of the championships. Mark Jensma finished tied for
fourth and qualified for CIF Individuals. Sammy Cole finished
10th. All-League Teams will be announced next week.

April 30 -- Sophomore Sammy Cole led the Wolverines to a
205-206 victory over first
p lace San Clemente
today. Sammy shot a one over par 37 to earn co-medalist.
SAN CLEMENTE, CA --
April 28 -- Earning medalist for the fourth time this season, Sophomore Mark Jensma
carded an even par 36 as the Wolverines shot 222 against league leading
and 9th ranked San Clemente's 194.
ALISO VIEJO, CA --
April 23 -- Sophomore Mark Jensma led the Wolverines with a
37 to earn medalist, as the Wolverines shot a total score of 190 to
Tesoro's 190.
COTO DE CAZA, CA --
April 21-- Facing the 5th ranked team in the county, Sophomore
Sammy Cole shot a one under par 35 to earn medalist for the match,
but the Wolverines came up short losing to Tesoro 188-206..
LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA --
April 15 -- Mid-way through league play the Wolverines stand 2 and 3
after losing 200-212 to Dana Hills today.
ALISO VIEJO, CA --
April 14 -- The Wolverines shot a combined score of 195 but lost to
a hot Dana Hills team that shot 175.

April 1 -- In a tough match
against 10th ranked Mission Viejo, five-time medalist Sophomore Sammy
Cole had an eagle and three birdies on his way shooting to a 3 under
par 34 but the Wolverines fell short losing 196-204.
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA --
March 25 -- The Wolverines
swept Capo Valley this season with a 201-217 victory at Marbella CC.
Sophomore
Mark Jensma shot 36 to earn medalist for the second time this
season.
LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA --
March 24 -- In their first league match of the season, the Wolverines
defeated Capo Valley 213-235. Sophomore Sammy Cole was co-medalist
carding a 39.
ALISO VIEJO, CA --
March 19 -- The Wolverines won their rematch with Laguna Beach
199-212. Sophomore Sammy Cole earned
medalist for the third time
this season with an even par 37.
CARLSBAD, CA -- March 18 -- In non-league play Aliso Niguel lost to
La Costa Canyon 195-218. Junior Nick Buscemi led the team with a 39.

March 16 -- In non-league play Aliso Niguel lost to Newport Harbor
197-206. Sophomore Sammy Cole led the team with a 39.
NEWPORT BEACH, CA -- March 12 -- In non-league play Aliso Niguel
lost to Corona del Mar 190-210. Sophomore Mark Jensma led the team with
a 37.
ALISO NIGUEL, CA -- March 10 -- In a non-league tri-match the
Wolverines defeated Irvine 193-224 but lost to Corona del Mar 176-193.
Sophomore Sammy Cole carded a 1 under 34 to medal for the second
consecutive day.
IRVINE, CA -- March 9 -- The Wolverines bounced back today to defeat
Irvine by 30 strokes 206-236. Sophomore Sammy Cole earned medalist with
a 39.
LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA -- March 5 -- Aliso Niguel faced a strong opponent
in La Costa Canyon coming up short 190-220. Senior Cameron MacDonald and
Junior William Yang each shot 40 to lead the Wolverines.
SANTA ANA, CA -- March 4 -- In non-league play Aliso Niguel lost to
a solid Newport Harbor team 199-210. Sophomore Mark Jensma shot 1 under par for a 35
to earn medalist honor for the match.
ALISO NIGUEL, CA --
March 3 -- The Wolverines came up short in a close match with Laguna Beach
204-208. Sophomore Mark Jensma led the team with a 40.
WHITTIER, CA --
March 2 -- Aliso Niguel opened the 2009 season at the Servite
Tourney shooting a combined score of 398 on the par 70 layout. Sophomore
Mark Jensma shot even par to lead the team.
